I provide a variety of therapy options, including individual, couple, and family sessions. I use an integrated approach that incorporates mindfulness-based practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a personalized treatment plan. Additionally, I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. During the initial session, we will discuss your symptoms, challenges, history, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan. It's an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to establish a comfortable and collaborative relationship. Psychotherapy:
Psychotherapy encompasses the examination and management of emotional distress and mental health disorders. A DSM-5 diagnosis is necessary for mental health diagnosis. This process includes clinical assessment and also is covered by healthcare insurance benefits for billing of psychotherapy services, which includes copay's, insurance deductibles, in-network and out-of-network benefits, and premiums. Psychotherapy is essential to address clinical conditions and manage symptoms of mental health diagnosis through administered therapeutic interventions.
Life Coaching:
Life coaching is an empowering, goal-oriented, and collaborative process that assists individuals in attaining their personal and professional aspirations. Life coaching places significant emphasis on life goal assessment, the establishment of objectives, and the implementation of constructive coaching plans to facilitate lasting transformation in one's life. Life coaching, in contrast to psychotherapy, does not entail the diagnosis or treatment of psychological disorders. Life coaches encompass a holistic approach to personal goal achievement which includes; professional, financial, social, spiritual, and physical well-being.
